James Maclean
James Maclean
Executive Director, Real Estate, Fusion Capital

James has been a member of the Fusion team since 2009 and currently works within Fusion's Real Estate Deal team. As well as managing a portfolio of development projects, he is responsible for all aspects of Fusions Real Estate Fundraising.

Prior to joining the Real Estate team James worked as a Fundraising Executive where he designed and implemented Fusions Portfolio Management Service and successfully raised over $30M in equity funding.

James has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bath.

Vincent Nderitu

Vincent is a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry covering Building Construction, Infrastructure, Interior Fit-Outs and Real Estate Financing with particular interest in mass affordable housing in Kenya and Africa. He has previously handled developments worth over $ 50 Million for various players within the Kenyan Real Estate sector.
He is currently overseeing the deployment of all the construction developments under Fusion Group including commercial and residential buildings, infrastructure and overall portfolio Development Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Construction Project Management from the University of Cape Town; and a member of the Institute of Construction Project Managers of Kenya (ICPMK).

Cynthia Kenyanya
Cynthia Kenyanya
Chief Accountant, Fusion Group

Cynthia Kenyanya is a Chief Accountant with over five years of experience. She is currently involved with accounting for the various projects Fusion holds through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and dedicated to providing financial information to make business decisions on a daily basis. Cynthia directly performs a variety of professional-level accounting duties such as preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling financial transactions, statements, records, and reports as well as maintaining the accuracy of Fusion's accounting systems.

She has effectively delivered accounting services that have enhanced the company’s purpose and profitability. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).
